Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During promotions, launches, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional charge.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipping label is created.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
HelloSun is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing is subject to carrier operations.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received:
- Review tracking updates
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact the shipping carrier
- Reach out to us at hello@drinkhellosun.com
We’re happy to help investigate shipping issues, but HelloSun is not responsible for carrier delays or theft after confirmed delivery, except where required by law.
Weather & Transit Conditions
HelloSun products may experience temperature changes during transit. Short-term fluctuations generally do not affect product quality. Please store product according to label instructions after delivery.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders also include free standard shipping.
Your order will ship automatically based on your selected schedule, and you’ll be charged prior to each shipment.
To avoid your next shipment, please cancel or manage your subscription at least 24 hours before renewal.
